Do you think that the NCAA decision to cease the investigation of Cam Newton is payback.?

Remember in 2004 undefeated Auburn won the SEC Championship but was ped over for a chance to play for the championship even though most experts thought they were by far the best team in the country (After all they were undefeated in the SEC...can you say Florida, Bama, LSU, Georgia, Tennessee, Arkansas) Auburn was ped over and their chance was given to Southern Cal, because Southern Cal was the defending champs. That particular SoCal team turned out to be one of the most crooked teams in NCAA History...Reggie Bush even had to give back his Hiesmann Trophy (Pardon the spelling)
