What is the price of ethanol and amount in gas prices?

I've been meaning to ask someone this for awhile because I've been confused by oil hitting above 100 dollars a barrel and now up to 135. They can only refine at most 20 gallons from a barrel. So ethanol must be substantial if gas prices aren't above 5 dollars.
