F40010b hoover floormate smokking?

ok i plugged in my vae and it turned on instantly because the on was pushed down i didn't know it was pushed to be on. when i plugged it the vace it started to make a loud noise and smoke its a hoover floormate spinscrub f40010b . how do i fix it? the brushes still run but it smoking like it will cetch fire.
