Is this a nice bag? Is it appropriate for school?

I love that bag. It's cute and unique. The only thing you have to consider with a colored bag is if it goes with your wardrobe, especially if your Mom wants you to use it a lot. If you have a lot of red, black, and white in your closet (or other complimentary colors to red) then I would say go for it!
