Will a '99 SUPER DUTY REAR BUMPER fit a 2001 F-350?

i have a 2001 F-350 and i am wondering if a 1999 rear bumper will fit it? will it just bolt up or would i need to do any fab to make it work? its not the same style and i am not sure about my trailer wiring plug fitting it either? thank you, jeff.
