Is it okay if I install a ROM (firmware) on my LG Optimus One which is intended for a different country?

My phone was bricked so installed the original firmware of my LG Optimus One but the ROM I downloaded was intended for Czech Republic and I'm from the Philippines. Should I re-install the ROM intended for my country?
