Has the GOP earned this scolding?

You say "earned" as if this is something being done TO the GOP. It's not. They have blocked almost all of the President's nominations for over a year now. I can understand differences of opinions, but our government needs these positions filled in order to serve the people. Good for Obama for doing the right thing.
