I have a samsung blackjack but it does not ring or vibrate?

Maybe something is wrong with it? Did you just buy it? If so return it; you should have a warranty on it....if not, when I have problems with my phone, I turn it off, take out the battery, then put the battery back in and power it up.....always works fine after that.
