Let's be honest - will Haiti ever actually get fixed?

Haiti is no different than most third world nations. It needs a cultural fix before it's going anywhere. Corruption is too deeply embedded in the culture and nothing can fix Haiti until Haitians themselves get tired of it and fix that.
