Why would ANY man want to marry a woman over 30?

My father's friend is divorced and in search of a new wife. He said he wants to marry someone 38-50 years old (He is 54 himself). My father joked that he was crazy to want to marry an old lady when he could literally have his pick of 16-18 year old girls from Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Kuwait, etc as he is quite well off. Apparently he prefers older women. Whats wrong with him? I can't comprehend why he would want to marry a middle aged woman, who is probably divorced, has baggage, kids, wrinkles and a loose v*gina.... Sorry to be so blunt... When he could marry a young woman, who has never been married, with smooth skin, long hair, firm , physically perfect face and body, and best of all, she will be a virgin... brand new
